1.Se pari shkojm ne Hl TaG Converter.exe
2.Klikojm ne butonin "Hape Foton" dhe e merr nje foto.
3.Pastaj Klikojm ne butonin "Madhesia e Fotos" Hapet Nje Faqe.
4.Klikojm Ne Butonin "Auto Size" dhe pastaj ne Klikojm ne Butonin
"Beje Ndryshimin Dhe Konverto ne 256 color"
5.pastaj klokojm ne "Ruaje Ne" dhe e ruajm ne "Barte ne WAD file" OK
6.Dhe e ruajm ne Follderin e CS me emrin ( tempdecal.wad ).
